Firefly Baby Policies

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hrs (except for Sundays and postal holidays). Firefly Baby is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages during shipment. (Note: We have not had any issue with a lost package in the USA in our three years of business!)

A 10% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the shipping date for a full refund of the total purchase price minus the restocking fee. For example, if your item cost $60 + $6 shipping for a total of $66, you will be refunded $59.40 ($66 minus 10%). All original packaging and instructions must be included with the returned item. Returned slings must be unwashed and in brand new condition.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are accepted. You may place your order online through our secure server or over the phone. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, however your order will not be shipped until your check is received and cleared (3-5 business days). Please contact us for check payment details.

International packages may be shipped either Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International at our discretion. Insurance is not included in these prices and Firefly Baby is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages during shipment. If you wish to request insurance for your shipment please contact us before placing your order and we will send you a quote. Firefly Baby is also not responsible for any extra fees (such as taxes or duties) your package may incur when crossing the border.
